The brief was to design an island kiosk, for the sale of French boulangerie and pastisterie in Santa Marta's upscale shopping mall, Buenavista.
For the owners of Cafe Cultural La Canoa of Santa Marta, the kiosk should use the brand colours and style present in their Cafe in the historic quarter of the city combined with a contemporary, clean and bright design aesthetic.
The proposed design uses a combination of weathered timber boards, coloured gloss brick tiles, white painted thin steel frame, glass display vitrines, hanging planting and cage pendant lighting.
